More advanced supervision to prepare for the National MFT exam to include diving deeper in developing and implementing your personal ethical decision-making model, treatment plan development using systemic models, person of the therapist experiential activities, and case presentations using various methods of raw data collection (live, audio, video, etc.). This membership level includes 2 biweekly individual supervision sessions, 1 monthly 2-hour supervision group**, and other professional activities.

Ongoing quality clinical case consultations with an experienced supervisor. Professional development activities, including developing career pathways, and maintaining a healthy professional identity as a systemically trained clinician. This membership level includes 1 monthly individual supervision session and 1 monthly 2-hour supervision group**, and other professional activities.

Supervisor mentoring to help develop your skills as a quality AAMFT supervisor and meet AAMFT Supervisor credentialing requirements. Learn the supervisor hierarchy of needs, strategies to work with supervisees on all clinical phases of development, develop your written supervision contract, learn how to manage impasses in supervision, and more! This membership level includes 2 monthly individual mentoring sessions, enrollment in 1 monthly 90-minute MY SOOP GROOP (more info at the link below), and a monthly live team supervision experience.
